My brother in San Francisco has opened the new pool at his hotel and after looking at the new commercial pool furniture he has purchased, it makes the entire pool area look new and vibrant. Brothers new house
My brother is building a new home in Philadelphia, and is at the stage that they are wiring the house, they have been doing a lot of the work themselves to save money, but not the wiring.

Yard work time
With the weather turning warmer it is time to get out in the yard and get the weeds under control and to get some grass started growing. I am going to have to buy a new lawn mower this spring. Last fall, mine up and died on me. I am wanting to get a riding mower, although I have kind of a small yard – might make more sense to buy a walk behind. We’ll have to see how the cash flow is doing next month and go from there.
