David Letterman

Since the writers strike is over and David Letterman has returned to the air with live shows, he has shown his lame humor even more. I am so tired of his attempts at political humor, he has no game so to speak any more.

Now the guy I find very funny now is Craig Ferguson who follows Letterman on CBS, he is funny and very topical, I enjoy his show a lot more than Letterman.

Who to vote for

I am having a real problem deciding who to vote for in the upcoming election. My biggest issue is immigration, so I guess I lean toward John McCain but I have a real problem with his tax stand. All three of the candidates still running have good sides and bad sides, maybe we can get a third party candidate to sort out a few things and clear up who I am going to vote for.

Yard work time

With the weather turning warmer it is time to get out in the yard and get the weeds under control and to get some grass started growing. I am going to have to buy a new lawn mower this spring. Last fall, mine up and died on me. I am wanting to get a riding mower, although I have kind of a small yard – might make more sense to buy a walk behind. We’ll have to see how the cash flow is doing next month and go from there.

TV

I took a bit of time off from work today and sat in my recliner and tried to watch a little TV, do you realize the sad state of daytime TV? There was absolutely nothing to watch unless your into judge shows, soap operas or talk shows. I should of just stayed at work and not wasted my time. What happened to the old time game shows? Thats what I miss.

Election

I am so tired of hearing about the candidates that we have running for president, would it be absurd to ask for new candidates and lets start all over, none of the three left running trip my trigger and a couple of them scare the hell out of me.

I guess if I have to pick one I will go with John McCain he scares me the least of all three.

How about a third party candidate to throw in there to stir things up, where are ya Ross Perot when your county needs ya.
